Mr. Jacky Zhou had received his bachelor degree from the Department of Radio of South China University of Technology in 1982. He also studied in the Canadian Institute of Management and Peking university HSBC Business School.

 

Mr. Zhou has excellent career record as shown below,

2006-2009, Board Director and President, TCL Holding (HK)

2009-2010   EPI Holding Limited(listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, HK 00689),

Executive Director; at the same time also act as Executive Director of its subsidiary in

Argentina for oil drilling.

2010-2017, Chairman, Huizhou Brio-king Optronics Co., Ltd. (a JV with the Taiwan based AUO)

2013-now,   President, Shenzhen ASIC Micro-electronics Ltd.

2010-2018, Vice Chairman and President of Procurement, TCL Multimedia Technology Holding Ltd.

2018 May, Vice Chairman,  TTD Petrochemical Investment Co., Ltd.

 

He has long experience in the management of multinational companies, especially familiar with the supply chain management and its related financial operations.
