Dr. Huang is the President & CEO of Chicony Software Corp., USA and has worked as director of technology R & D for well-known companies, such as Conexant, Vision Systems, Xirlink, and Edge Wave. He has also worked in IBM’s Watson Research Center responsible for R & D of computer and networking system. Dr. Huang received his doctor degree from Electric engineering department of USC and master degree from Caltech, USA.
