Dr. Yang received his doctor degree from Mechanical engineering department of National Chiao Tung University and honor of Marquis Who’s who in Science and Engineering from 1998 to 2001. Dr. Yang is auditor of Lab certificate system in Taiwan and has worked as Sr. manager of Kingstone Technology Corp.
