Mr. Sung was born and raised in Shanghai.  He graduated from Chiao-Tung University (Shanghai), MIT and Harvard Business School. Mr. Sung has served as Director of Bendix Research Labs; Corporate VP of Engineering and Research and Corporate VP and Group Executive at Bendix Corporation; founder, Chairman and CEO of E-S Pacific Development and Construction Company, U.S. partner in the Great Wall Hotel Joint Venture of Beijing; Co-founder of Unison.
