Guosen Securities Ltd. is a National Securities service company, founded in October 1994 in Shengzhen with registered capital of RMB 2 billion.

Gousen was originated from the first 3 securities trading divisions of the Chinese securities market. It was formed in 1989 and its trading volume was about 30% of the whole market.
