Thomas Chang  V.P., WW Sales and Planning, Vanguard;   President, VIS Micro He held various executive positions in operation, technology development, venture investment, business development at Intel, Rohm, Microchip and Mosel Vitelic (also served as Chairman and President of Landmark Venture).  He was or is the member or Chairman of board for 15 companies in Taiwan and US. He published 66 papers on semiconductor technologies and factory management, held 26 US patents (including widely used ONO dielectric, Flash memory and multi-level memory cell). Mr. Chang received numerous best paper and outstanding alumni awards, and served on the committees of Semicon, ISSCC, ECS and IEDM. Thomas received EMBA, MSEE from Tsinghua  U. and U. of Cincinnati.
